Serving "The Electric City" and its surrounding county since 1998. Electric City Abstracts has joined with other local & independent abstractors across the Upstate to form a network of individuals that each specialize in their respective counties. The end result is a more reliable title search completed by an abstractor who is very familiar with their county and the way that their local government offices function.

We specialize in Anderson County, rather than waste critical time traveling from county to county. Referrals are available for Abbeville, Oconee, Pickens, and Greenville Counties.
